The City reserves the right to use the selected respondents for any or all subsequent phases of work associated with this project. The Consultant will work closely and collaboratively with City of Sumner staff, and project stakeholders.The City of Sumner solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in providing professional services in the areas of design, engineering, and environmental permitting. Services are anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2022 and extend for approximately two (2) years with the option for the City of Sumner to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. The City of Sumner reserves the right to retain the services of responsive firm(s) for subsequent phases associated with this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
