Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Vernon, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans, specifications and other applicable Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost by downloading online, The full deposit of each set less the actual cost of reproduction of the places and specifications, will be refunded upon return of the entire set of documents in good condition, not later than thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or rejection of bids. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Each proposal must be completed on the forms provided and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with a description of the above title on the outside of the envelope. The name and address of the persons submitting the proposal must appear on the envelope which should be addressed to the Board of Estimate and Contract of the City of Mount Vernon, New York. Each proposal must be accompanied by: a. A completed Itemized Unit Cost Schedule, "Exhibit B" of the contract document. b. All Certification and Affidavits as listed in the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from the date of the opening of proposals. CITY'S RIGHTS RESERVED The City of Mount Vernon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any requirements set forth in the specifications which it does not deem material to the proposal, if it deems such waiver(s) in the best interest of the City
