Westchester County Planning Department invites EPA Certified Lead Contractors to submit bids for residential improvements The Department of Planning will award a contract for these services to the lowest responsible bidder; funded by the Lead Safe Westchester Program. Until Friday, August 12, 2022, 4:00 Pm. Email Response Will Be Posted by Thursday, August 15, 2022, 1:00 Pm. The County will select the lowest qualified bid and prepare a contract that will include a notice to proceed with work.
