The City of Mount Vernon is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection of 200,000 linear feet of sanitary and storm sewers in the area known as Outfall 24 Drainage Area. The qualified firm or individual must provide a brief narrative that demonstrates understanding of the project. The contract will be the duration of a year that consists of sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection of 200,000 linear feet of sanitary and storm sewers. Work also includes 30 days of follow up CCTV inspections, smoke testing and dye testing as part of an illicit discharge detection and elimination.
