The CONTRACTOR shall, among other things, dismantle and dispose of existing equipment, replace, supply, install, calibrate and test all the new equipment required for the proper functioning of the Parc de la Francophonie. The contract begins on the date of the signing of the notice of award and ends no later than November 30, 2022. However, the work must be performed no later than October 15, 2022. In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies with respect to construction work, the PUBLIC BODY must issue a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting construction contracts. construction works of public bodies.
