Site work for a water / sewer project in Simi Valley, California. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project proposes to rehabilitate 2,223 feet of 8-inch asbestos cement sewer pipes in the Central/Easter portion of the City. Affected street will be Lindale Ave, Niles St, Alpine St, Industrial St, and Williams Way. The primary rehabilitation mode will be cured-in-place slipliner. Design is proposed to be completed in March 2023 and construction is proposed to be completed in July 2023. Project is included in the City of Simi Valley's FY 2022 - 2027 CIP. Per the owner, as of July 15, 2022, design will be done internally by the Sanitation engineering staff. Design is proposed to be completed in March 2023 with construction completed in July 2023. A firm timeline for bids or construction start is not available. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
