**As of June 28, 2022, project was awarded to Pavement Coatings Co., awarded amount is $$221,776.02 ** The proposed project involves the slurry seal and crack seal of various streets in the tracts east of Yosemite Avenue between Cochran Street and Los Angeles Avenue. The work consists of approximately 66,040 SY of crack sealing and slurry seal, restriping of the pavement, and all appurtenant work. The specified completion time for the program is 20 consecutive working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to determine and waive nonsubstantial irregularities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, to reject one part of a proposal and accept the other. The bid shall be balanced so that each bid item is priced to carry its share of the cost of the work and also its share of the contractor's overhead and profit.
