Suppliers must accompany their bid with a bid bond in the amount of $24,000 (bond) or $12,000 (certified cheque, money order, draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee, bonds payable to bearer). Only tenders presented by suppliers having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements will be considered; not being the subject, on the date of filing of the tender, of a notice of intention, of a proposal or of a bankruptcy petition according to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and possessing any other qualifications required via the tender documents.
