Saving Project...

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Holladay Cottonwood, Utah. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Project consists of the construction of landscape features, including rock mulch, shrubbery, grasses, and trees. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid bond is not required. Work is to be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2022. Bids will be evaluated on the lowest Base Bid plus any selected alternates. Bidder shall submit with its Bid a copy of their contractors license. The City of Holladay will use the EJCDC Contract for Construction of a Small Project and the EJCDC Standard General Conditions. These documents can be requested and reviewed at any time by request to mstenquist@forsgren.com, but are not included in the advertisement package. Questions may be submitted to Mark Stenquist, mstenquist@forsgren.com. The deadline for inquiries is June 15, 2022 at 3:00 pm. The questions and answers shall be compiled into a Word or PDF document and posted online. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding until an agreement has been executed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or part thereof, to accept one or more items of a bid/proposal without obligation as to other items, and to waive any informalities or irregularities
