Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bargersville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Projects include the following Work: The construction of an approximate 1,000,000 gallon elevated pedestal tank (Contract 1-2021) and a 2,000,000 gallon clearwell (Contract 2-2021). The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bargersville Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Contract (2-2021) :- Bids are cancelled and will not be received by owner. The project will be re-advertised on future date.
