Renovation of a medical facility in Pikeville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project consists of the renovation of linear accelerator vault and associated control room on the 1ST floor May Tower. All Bids must be based on the full set of all Contract Documents and any Addenda. Full sets of Contract Documents must be obtained from Lynn Imaging for Bidders to be placed on the Distribution List. Addenda will also be posted online or can be purchased by all Bidders on the Distribution List. Bidding proposals shall be accompanied by a satisfactory bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid price. Bidders must submit bid security at the time of bidding or the bid will not be accepted. The successful bidder, offered a Contract, is required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds from an acceptable surety, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum prior to execution of the Contract.
