Site work for a water / sewer project in Martha, Oklahoma. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Fox, Drechsler & Brickley, Inc rejected bids and it is uncertain if project will rebid Sewer Line Rehabilitation for the Sewer system repairs including adjusting manholes to grade, rebuilding manhole rings & tops inserting manhole watertight inserts, for the Town of Headrick of New Piping and Altitude Valve System for the Town of Martha in accordance with Drawings, Specifi cations and other Contract Documents PROPOSAL GUARANTY Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Comanche Town of Headrick as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the BIDDER will execute the Contract and fi le acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds within 10 days after the award of the Contract. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED Town of Headrick hereinafter called the OWNER, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the OWNER.
