Site work for a water / sewer project in Martha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of bypass pumping, removal of existing equipment, and total replacement of existing equipment for a submersible lift station replacement to serve The Town of Cornish, Oklahoma. Each proposal must be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Labor & Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy, and Certificates of Insurance within fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion is 90 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof shall be $350.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding for the benefit of the Owner. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The project consists of: bypass pumping, removal of existing equipment, and total replacement of existing equipment.
