Site work for a water / sewer project in Chandler, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project contains an alternate bid. Base Bid: 1. Construct approximately 1346' of 8" waterline and 456' of 6" waterline by method of trenching and casing. 2. Construct approximately 774' of 18" steel encasement and 176' of 16" steel encasement by bore. Alternate Bid: 1. Construct approximately 1317' of 6" waterline and 485' of 4" waterline by method of trenching and casing. 2. Construct approximately 950' of 16" steel encasement by bore. The work consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the OTA Water Relocation for City of Chandler. The work shall be done in accordance with specifications on file in the City Engineer's Office. Plans, specifications and other bidding documents are available for public inspection and copies may be obtained by visiting Cowan Group Engineering, LLC. Complete digital project bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption. Question Deadline 07/01/2026 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids
