The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the Lincoln County Fair Board - West Wing Remodel - Exterior. Bids must be returned to the Lincoln County Clerk's office. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to award the lowest and best bid for Lincoln County. A non-collusion affidavit is required and will be furnished with each bid. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all Sub-Contractors are thoroughly informed of the bid specifications. 2. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work as described, except where otherwise noted. 3. All work must comply with applicable building codes, OSHA safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines. 4. Contractor shall coordinate all finish selections, including paint colors, flooring styles, and vinyl finishes, with the Lincoln County Fair Board Project Manager prior to installation. 5. Contractor is responsible for all demolition work, which includes materials, equipment, dumpsters, cleanup supplies, etc. in order to thoroughly and timely complete the demolition work. 6. Contractor shall ensure all demolition debris is removed from the premises and properly disposed. 7. Contractor shall protect all existing surfaces not scheduled for removal or replacement. 8. The Contractor and all Subcontractors must maintain the work site in a clean and orderly condition to minimize disruption to activities scheduled at the Lincoln County Fair Barn during construction. 9. The Contractor and all Subcontractors must ensure that the construction area is properly secured at all times to prevent injuries and accidents. 10. The Contractor must provide the Lincoln County Fair Barn Project Manager with a daily update summarizing completed work and outlining work planned for the following day.
