Bids must be submitted no later than 8:45 a.m. on June 8, 2026. The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid to the lowest and best offer. A non-collusion affidavit is required and will be provided with each bid. Lincoln County Courthouse Lincoln County is accepting sealed bids for the replacement of two rooftop HVAC units at the Lincoln County Courthouse. Scope of Work Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, crane services, and disposal necessary for the removal and replacement of the following rooftop HVAC units: o One (1) 5-ton York gas pack rooftop unit o One (1) 10-ton York gas pack rooftop unit Unit Requirements 5-Ton Unit o New 5-ton York gas pack rooftop unit o 6 series unit o New standard/non-smart thermostat o New disconnect o Fresh air intake/economizer o Replace curb if necessary for proper installation and compatibility 10-Ton Unit o New 10-ton York gas pack rooftop unit o 6 series unit o 230 volt / 3 phase o Manual fresh air o New standard/non-smart thermostat o New disconnect o Replace curb if necessary for proper installation and compatibility General Requirements o Units shall be new and unused. Refurbished or remanufactured units will not be accepted. o Units shall match existing electrical and service connections unless otherwise approved. o Contractor shall verify all measurements, electrical requirements, and curb compatibility during the mandatory walkthrough prior to submitting a bid. o Contractor shall include all materials, accessories, and connections necessary for a complete turnkey installation. o Contractor shall provide crane services for removal and installation. o Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing units and all related debris. o Contractor shall reconnect existing electrical and mechanical systems as required. o Contractor shall perform startup, testing, and balancing to ensure proper operation of all installed equipment. o All work shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes. o Contractor shall coordinate work to minimize disruption to courthouse operations. Warranty Contractor shall provide: o Minimum one (1) year labor warranty o Manufacturer standard equipment warranty Warranty information for both labor and manufacturer coverage shall be included with the submitted bid.
