The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a SIX-MONTH CONTRACT for DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES to include, but not be limited to, the following: preliminary existing information gathering; preliminary design; surveying; Stormwater Control Plan; 30%, 65%, 90% and final construction plan, specs, and estimates; Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan; bidding support; and construction support. Pricing will remain unchanged throughout the term of contract. The County reserves the right to remedy technical errors, modify the published scope of services and approve or disapprove the use of all sub-consultants. The County reserves the right to award the contract to the firms who present the proposal which, in the judgment of the County, best accomplishes the desired results.
