As of June 17, 2022. no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Jefferson County The Town of Sandy Creek, Oswego County, NY requests sealed bids for placement of #7 hot mix asphalt on Hadley Road beginning at St Rt 3 and tying into existing pavement (~2.0 miles). There must be 1.5 of #7 top after compaction and a minimum width of 21 with driveway aprons 14 wide. Bidder will include all trucking, rebates and any shim material needed in their bid. The bid must include the total price with a breakdown of tonnage. This bid is for delivered and in-place material and MUST be stated on the bid. Bidder is responsible for all traffic control. No work will be done on Fridays without prior approval. The contractor shall provide the town with a non-collusion statement and a certificate of insurance providing $1 million per occurrence general liability insurance coverage naming the town as an additional insured. The project must be completed by 8/18, and the prevailing wage rate schedule must be used. The town has the right to refuse or reject any and all bids.
