This Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is open to all contractors who wish to be pre-qualified as general contractors eligible to bid on the Proposed Works. Only those Respondents, qualified by Clearview Township as Selected Respondents, will be permitted to submit bids for the Proposed Works. It is anticipated the subsequent Request for Tenders could be issued as early as April 2025. The anticipated start date for the works is Spring 2025 and the anticipated construction duration for the proposed works is to be 18 months.
