Description of Major Units of Work: Project consists ofrepair or replacement of designated ADA Ramps at varying locations and quantities throughout the City of Topeka as designated mn the Project Map Locations. Project may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities of replacing curbs, gutters, and ramps. - Combined Curb and Gutter (type Varies) 1,000 LF - 4 Inch Concrete sidewalks 3,700 SF - 6 Inch Concrete integral curb 100 LF - 6 Inch sidewalk ramp 2,900 SF : Combined Sidewalk and Retaining Wall 25 LF - 8 Inch Concrete Pavement 25 SY - AB-3 75 TON Electronic Copies: No Charge. Electronic copies (PDF's) ofthe bid documents (plans and specifications) and any addenda are available using the Topeka e-procurement system, TOPEKA ePro. Register online at website. Bid Security Requirements: All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) ofthe amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date.
