Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consists of City-wide replacement of Curb & Gutter with varying types and quantities. Project locations may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities of replacing curbs and gutters. All bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBEs and WBEs as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders Q And A Open05/05/2022 22:31:00 Q And A Close24/05/2022 03:30:00
