The term of these resulting contracts shall be from August 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, inclusive of the unit pricing being held firm for the term of each contract. The City will rebid at the end of the contract term to establish unit pricing under new contracts with new terms and conditions. The City intends to enter into a written agreement with multiple contractors submitting pricing for the work described in these specifications. Work performed under the resulting contracts will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material to repair, replace, or restore failed or damage, City owned assets associated with water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
