Project may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities of replacing curbs, gutters, and ramps. - Combined Curb and Gutter (type Varies) 1,000 LF - 4 Inch Concrete sidewalks 3,700 SF - 6 Inch Concrete integral curb 100 LF - 6 Inch sidewalk ramp 2,900 SF : Combined Sidewalk and Retaining Wall 25 LF - 8 Inch Concrete Pavement 25 SY - AB-3 75 TON Electronic Copies: No Charge. Electronic copies (PDF's) ofthe bid documents (plans and specifications) and any addenda are available using the Topeka e-procurement system, TOPEKA ePro. Register online at website. Bid Security Requirements: All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) ofthe amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date.
