Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment to apply markings on asphalt and concrete surfaces of public parking lots and garages for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 with up to two additional one year extensions maintaining all terms and conditions for a possible total term of July 1, 2022 --June 30, 2025. Contractor must be flexible to work around the Town parking operations. Services will be provided in sections to minimize interrupting normal traffic flows. The work may be carried out on weekends, early mornings and/or at nights. All scheduling will be done in advance, with the Municipal Parking Division. The Town is seeking bids from qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in striping and painting pavement markings. Estimated annual expenditure of $15,000.00
