Saving Project...

Remodeling of an educational facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The Owner requires the Project to be Substantially Completed by Aug 18, 2022 and attain Final Completion by August 23, 2022. The conference will provide Bidders the opportunity to review the portable campus and proposed remodel which will include but not limited to Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, Cabinetry, roofing, with small amount of Kitchen and HVAC work. Bona fide licensed bidders may obtain project documents from the Yakima School District Maintenance Department. Questions and plan requests are to be directed to Jay Baucom, Asst. Director of Maintenance and Operations at 509-941-8145 or email at baucom.jay@ysd7.org. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Price. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Yakima Public School District #7 Standard Terms and Conditions for Small Works. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed best for the District and to waive informalities.
