The Project Will Occur on Land Managed by the United States Forest Service (Usfs), Boulder County Parks and Open Space, and Privately-owned Land in Boulder County. The Hazardous Mine Openings Will Be Closed Using Various Methods Which Include Backfilling, Polyurethane Foam Plugs, Monolithic Plugs, Bulkhead Seals and Grates.
