The Forest City Housing Authority (FCHA) is soliciting proposals packages from qualified and experienced Firms/Corporations to provide residential Unit Turn-Around Services for properties owned and managed by FCHA. These properties include and are not limited to the following sites: A. Oak Forest B. Amity C. Oak Villa These services shall include the work as described in the enclosed Scope of Work package for unites at each site listed above. Please note that the Scope of Work package is a general scope and is intended to assure that the turn-around for vacant apartments each of the specific sites is completed effectively and efficiently.The FCHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the solicitation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
