PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of two (2) Monumental signs located at both ends of ICC Loop Road and Piney Ridge Road, Spindale NC All bidders are notified that the provisions of NCGS 143-128, including guidelines for minority business participation shall be observed in letting and executing the work. Bidders are also notified that they must be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades and that applicable provisions of Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina shall be observed in the receiving of bids and awarding of contracts for the work. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contract to other than the low bidder should it be deemed in their best interest. This project includes the construction of two (2) monumental signs that will be located at both ends of ICC Loop Road where it intersects Piney Ridge Road. It will also include the refurbishment of an existing tennis court area
