Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of construction of 6 Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts including all associated lighting, fencing, and other related items as well as construction of an approximately 600 square foot bathroom and concession facility. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
