Main Street, Gainesville Florida 32601 . The City reserves the following rights: to waive clarifications and exceptions in awarding the bid/proposal in the best interest of the City; to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals; to waive any or all irregularities; and to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive Bidder/Offeror whose bid/proposal is determined by the City to be in its best interest.
