Plans call for the construction of a 83,000-square-foot educational facility in Allenstown, New Hampshire. The project is expected to start in July of 2022 and be completed by December of 2023. A previous bid pack #1 including Structural Steel, Concrete Foundations, Concrete Slabs, Sitework, and Roofing was sent out for bidding in February 2022. As a result of this initial bid process, selections were made for each of these respective divisions and contractors have begun their shop drawing and procurement processes. All other major divisions of this project will be selected during this round of bidding. Bid Pack #1 and relevant addenda is also included in this bid pack and will be considered part of the contract package. Please review Bid Pack #1 as some information may be pertinent to your bid. Cold formed metal framing is included in Bid Pack #1 and would be relevant to a subcontractor putting together a proposal for the drywall and light gauge metal framing(as an example). Bid Pack #2 shall be the prevailing documents for your bid as the information contained in these documents are most current. Requests for Information and Questions regarding the documents are due to the Milestone office by close of business June 10th 2022.
