The Board of Education, Independent School District No. 625, Saint Paul Public Schools, will receive electronic bids for: Classroom AV Technology Upgrades: Murray Middle School 2200 Buford Ave., Saint Paul, MN 55108 Harding Senior High School 1540 E. Sixth Street, Saint Paul, MN 55106 In the event that regular daytime classes have been canceled at the time Bids are scheduled to be received, Bids will be received on the next business day at the same time. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashiers check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashier check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. The Project consists of installing approximately [135] projectors in existing classroom and meeting spaces. This work includes modifications to electrical/low voltage systems as necessary to support these upgrades including new switches and additional classroom jacks. Coordinate with work by others, to include removing classroom devices no longer supported, and installing or relocating whiteboards or screens to achieve the necessary projection area. Each bidder shall review the General Conditions of the Contract, Invitation To Bid Form and Contractor Verification of Compliance forms included in the project manual as noted in 1.6 D and E above, to verify eligibility for consideration under the criteria established for this project.
