PRE-SOLICITATION REAPIR SEPTIC SYSTEM, BUILDING 12508 Work Order Number FEN00002-9J This procurement will be issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses (SB) through RFP procedures under FAR 15 and other FAR Parts and Subparts as applicable. This requirement is for Repair Septic System, Bldg. 12508 located at Fort Huachuca, AZ under Work Order- No. FEN00002-2J, RFP No. W9124A22R0009. This is a design/build contract. The contractor shall provide design and build services and furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, fees, licenses necessary to add the government aerobic sanitary sewer system for Building 12508, located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. A non-specific statement of work for this repair project has been provided. The contractor shall prepare a more detailed scope of work outlining their Contract Execution Overview, to include their technical approach, and tentative schedule. The contractor shall field verify the area of work before submitting their SOW and proposal. The tentative date for issuing the RFP is on or around Thursday, 16 June 2022; with proposals due 30 calendar days later on-or-around Monday, 18 July 2022 (the RFP will state the exact time/date that proposals are due). The anticipated contract award date is approximately 15 calendar days or less after receipt of proposals. The Contract Performance Period is 150 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location of the work is at the East Range area at Fort Huachuca, AZ. NAICS Code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction is applicable to this RFP solicitation and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 M. The Construction Cost Range for this project (Magnitude of Construction) is between $150,000 and $500,000.
