The SERVICE PROVIDER must establish unit prices for all the work required for each type of hood for all the installations in the same batch. These unit prices are firm for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also submit an hourly rate by type of hood for work to be carried out on demand for the omission of a hood from the price schedule, the one-time increase in cleaning frequency or the addition of other facilities. This hourly rate is firm for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a bid for one or other of the four (4) lots or for all of the lots depending on its operational capacity. However, he must establish a price for all the installations of the same lot as well as for the three (3) years of the contract (see Appendix 3 for the price schedule). Each batch is treated individually and is the subject of a contract. Contracts are awarded to the lowest compliant bidder per lot.
