Renovation of an educational facility in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Replace existing main shut off valve and add a new back flow preventer on the 3” domestic cold water entrance to the facility. .2 Install a new back flow preventer on the 4” fire protection water entrance to the facility. .3 The existing domestic hot water preheater / heat pump loop buffer tank and associated domestic hot water preheater be decommissioned and removed. .4 The two existing heat pump loop circulators (20 HP each) will be complete with new isolation valves, check valves, and suction diffusers/guides on the pump inlets. .5 The new heat pump loop circulators will be located on new housekeeping pads in the location previously occupied by the domestic water preheat / buffer tank. .6 The new heat pump loop circulators will be equipped with packaged variable frequency drive complete with sensorless pump speed controllers. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
