Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal off site of the existing steep slope roofing system to wood sheathing on the approximately 360 sq. meters roof and replacing with a new steep slope asphalt shingle roof system complete with waterproofing membranes, synthetic underlayment, new built-up wood grid, new roof plywood sheathing, engineered wood siding gable ends and accessories. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from BoissonnaultMcGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Woodstock First Nation. The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
