Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
In general, the Work consists of the removal and disposal off site of the existing roofing system to existing structural roof deck system and replacing with a new Insulated sloped SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane roofing system complete roof area of approximately of 560 sq.m. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) HST included per Bid set in the form of a Certified Cheque, Cash or etransfer, payable to Boissonnault McGraw. Cost of Bid Documents is non-refundable. Bid Documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Woodstock Band Hall and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.
