Site work and new construction of a civil project in Richmond, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide improvements to create a new high-pressure service zone. Phase I will be construction of a new 3MG ground storage water tank to replace the existing tanks in FY2024-25. Phase II will require installing approximately 3,000 feet of 12" water main in Ridge Rd from Henrico Avenue to Westham Woods Dr, 200 feet of 12" water main at Parham Rd and Patterson Ave, and six PRVs at various locations with construction planned for FY2028-29. The project is included in the Henrico County's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 07, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
