Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shelley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

EIRWWA desires to select a CM/GC to provide pre-construction and construction services for upgrades to its Oxbow Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) located west of Shelley, Idaho in Bingham County adjacent to the Snake River. Facilities to be upgraded will generally include the influent pump station, headworks, biological basins, and membrane bioreactor system with associated yard piping, sitework, building, electrical, and control improvements. EIRWWA anticipates conducting the solicitation in up to two phases - the SOQ Phase and the Interview Phase (at Owner's discretion). For the SOQ Phase, written SOQs will be solicited and evaluated based on this RFQ and in accordance with Idaho Statutes Title 67 - State Government and State Affairs, Chapter 23 - Miscellaneous Provisions, Section 67-2320 - Professional Service Contracts with Design Professionals, Construction Managers, and Professional Land Surveyors.
