Demolition and site work for a civil project in Lloydminster, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the demolition and disposal of the Old Water Treatment Plant (located at 5709 – 50 Avenue) and the West End Reservoir Pumphouse (located at 6301 – 43 Street). This Work shall include: Testing and disposal of standing water within the buildings; Removal and disposal of the concrete footing and foundations; Abatement, removal, storage, transport, and disposal of hazardous; contaminated, and/or dangerous waste, including the packing, labeling, transporting, and disposal of contaminated materials; Removal and abandonment of existing building services, i.e., water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, if any; Coordination with the applicable utility providers, i.e., power, gas, telephone, fibre optic, etc., and the associated abandonment/removal of these services from within the project site. The termination point of these services shall be as directed by the applicable utility provider; Clearing and grubbing of vegetation as directed; and, Import and placement of both Owner and Contractor Supplied clay fill within the excavations.
