Infrastructure upgrades to the Lloydminster Gold Course and Cometary. Due to the varying development timelines of the cemetery, the golf course, in particular the area directly adjacent to the existing cemetery (i.e., Holes #16 and #17), and the cemetery expansion area, existing site grading and drainage have become an issue with localized flooding being identified During spring thaw or during larger rain events, the surface water from the existing cemetery either pools in areas within the cemetery until it can infiltrate, evaporate, or be pumped off. During higher flow times the excess surface water makes its way on to the golf course. Once the surface water reaches the golf course it has a tendency to flood the fairways, the cart paths, or inundate the existing water features causing localized flooding within other parts of the golf course. The City of Lloydminster (City) is accepting Proposals from qualified Vendors interested in providing Engineering Services associated with completing site grading and drainage plan(s), site servicing plans for municipal utilities, where required, detailed designs, and associated cost estimates for the development of an overall site grading and drainage concept encompassing portions of the existing Golf Course, the existing Cemetery, as well as the Cemetery expansion area. The vendor must be registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) to practice engineering in the province of Saskatchewan. A Pre-Proposal virtual meeting will be held on September 07, 2022, @ 2:00:00 PM M.S.T./M.D.T. to discuss project parameters and to take questions from potential Vendors. Interested Vendors can email the Project Owner prior to the meeting to request the meeting invite. Attendance by Vendors at this meeting is not Mandatory but is encouraged. Duration in months: 4
