Site work and paving for a civil project in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For the reconstruction of the infrastructures of rue Principale phase 2 (Tim Hortons at Albert Street). The specifications will be given to the contractors upon payment of $150.00 non-refundable to Roy Consultants at 3655 Principale Street, Tracadie NB E1X 1E2. Each tender must be accompanied by a security bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The name of the tenderer as well as the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version and amendments to the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contracts Act (82-109) apply. Neither the lowest nor any of the tenders will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining funding for this project.
