The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, fuel, and traffic control, to include all equipment and flaggers as required per the most recent version of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual (VWAPM) and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements stated within. The work shall consist of tree pruning, small tree removal and disposal of all generated debris. The Contractor shall be capable of commencing work within ten (10) calendar days of award of this IFB. Tree Trimming and Brush Removal, Per Vadot Specifications Tree Trimming and Brush Removal Services (Hour) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be submitted in writing to (Jennifer.Wright@vdot.virginia.gov) no later than 5 business days, prior to the closing date. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through 5/26/2025 (non-renewable)
