Three pair of existing exterior bronze entrance doors systems on City Halls Church Street façade will be removed, rehabilitated, and reinstalled within existing door frames. Three pair of existing interior bronze entrance door systems in the airlock of City Halls Church Street Entrance will be rehabilitated. Portions of the door hardware will be refurbished while portions of the door hardware will be replaced. Exterior doors will be fitted with new glazing. Powered automatic door operators will be added to one pair of exterior entrance doors and the associated pair of interiors doors in the airlock. All bronze surfaces will be cleaned and sealed. Alternate No. 1 incorporates replacement of existing exterior doors on City Halls Church Street façade with new bronze clad steel doors within existing door frames. Alternate No. 2 includes rehabilitation of the existing exterior bronze entrance doors systems and existing interior bronze entrance doors systems along the 9th Street and 10th Street facades of City Hall. Alternate No. 3 includes replacement of existing exterior bronze entrance doors and rehabilitation of existing interior bronze entrance doors systems along the 9th Street and 10th Street facades of City Hall.
