Description Project: ROUTE 29 - CANDLERS MOUNTAIN INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services to convert the existing cloverleaf interchange at Route 29 Business into a partial cloverleaf and replace the existing structurally deficient bridge over Route US 29 Business (Lynchburg Expressway). The proposed project-specific contract value is $2,499,586.00.
