Renovation of a municipal facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,842-square-foot municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The Lynchburg Department of Public Works desires to have the carpet in several areas inside City Hall located at 900 Church St. Lynchburg, VA 24504 replaced with ShawContract Solitude Luxury Vinyl Tile and ShawContract Collective Line Carpet Tile. The approximate square footage of the initial contract for the LVT is 4,275 (First Floor 633, Second Floor 1,888, Third Floor 1,754) The approximate square footage of the initial contract for the carpet tile is 2,567. The City also desires to enter into an annual agreement with the awarded Contractor for subsequent flooring work City-wide. The term of the initial agrement shall be one (1) year from the date of award with the option to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties. The City does not guarantee any specific amount of work as a result of the annual agreement. Future flooring projects will be based on funding availability.
