Each individual proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the City of North College Hill in a sum equivalent to 100 percent (100%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, upon receipt of acceptance of their proposal, must furnish 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner. All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of North College Hill as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration.
