Renovation of a municipal facility in Lenoir City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of July 6, 2022 this project has been awarded to the only bidder Tremco Roof Solutions with bid amount $146,746.30 Lenoir City is currently accepting sealed and competitive bids for roof replacement of upper and front roofs at Lenoir City Municipal Building. Bids should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked "Sealed Bid for Roof Replacement of Upper and Front Roofs at Lenoir City Municipal Building." All bids will be reviewed and awarded on the basis of the lowest and/or best responsible bidder meeting the specification criteria. ***NOTICE: In accordance with T.C.A. 62-6-119and 62-6- 102, all bids of $25,000 or more shall have the contractor's license information on the out side of the sealed bid envelope, with the Name as licensed, License Number, Expiration Date, and the Classification applying to the bid. For more information, please visit the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance Board for Licensing Contractors - License and Bidding Requirements.*** **Other Requirements needed for Proposal: $1,000,000liability insurance with City of Lenoir City named as additional insured. Appropriate Workers Compensation coverage. Evidence of above requirements should be included in your proposal. The City of Lenoir City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
