The City of LenoirCity, Tennessee(hereafter "City"),an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer, seeks toretain theservices ofa professionalandcertifiedtraffic signal maintenance contractor (hereafter "Contractor") toprovideservices related to traffic signal maintenance,operations, and management within thecorporate limitsofLenoirCity. Required Scope ofServices: Responsibilitiesof theprofessional traffic signal maintenance contractor shallprovideall necessary andrequired maintenance, operations, and management of thesystem within thecorporate limitsofLenoirCity. Begin Date of Contract: The contract shallbegin December1,2022. Evaluation: For evaluations, contractors shall submitLettersof Interest with contact information including name, address, ande-mailaddress ofprimary contact. For contractors submittingqualifications, thecriteriathat willbe consideredare: 1.Specializedexperience andtechnicalexpertiseof the contractor in connection with thetypeof services tobe provided. (20points maximum) 2.Past recordofperformance on contracts with theCity ofLenoirCity, projects related to theCityofLenoirCity, andother clients. (20points maximum) 3.Capacity of contractor to perform the work within timelimitations, takingintoconsideration thecurrent andplanned workloadof thecontractor. (20points maximum) 4. Ability andexperience of assignedteam members. (20points maximum) 5.Contractor's proposed responsetimes. (20points maximum) Evaluation proceedings willbeconducted within theestablishedguidelines regardingequalemployment opportunity and nondiscriminatoryaction basedupon thegroundsof race, color, sex, creed, or national origin.
