Lenoir City Schools is accepting sealed bids for Polished Concrete Flooring at Lenoir City Intermediate Middle School and Lenoir City High School The Lenoir City Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and/or technicalities in any bid and to award a contract after readvertisement or negotiation. LenoirCity Schools reserves the right to awardthecontract inwhole or in part. Successful bidder will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services, incidental and implied, to complete the following at Lenoir City Intermediate Middle School and Lenoir City High School (including CTE building): Remove carpet in all areas of the buildings Remove carpet glue/adhesive Apply Resin to Concrete as Needed Densify the Concrete Apply solvent-based penetrating sealer Burnish Concrete Bid result LCIMS - K & D Concrete polishing - 119,976 LCHS/CTE - K & D concrete polishing - 115794
